Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email address].

  • After Shipping:
    Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund based on the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns are not accepted for the following:

    • Items marked as Final Sale.

    • Personal care products, innerwear, or customized items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • If the item was defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement, as per your preference.
